Have you ever been to a festival and it felt you had been to better open mics? Open Mics are the stages at which artists gain confidence and improve on their craft. Without these festivals suffer when curating, you can feel or see the talent is there but stage craft, confidence is lacking. Harare I have some energy for you. Because it was at these open mics that I grew and I feel any artist deserves to have a space where they can play and experiment. Harare Open Mic returns this November 25.
